Batch Techniques
American Concrete has a State of the Art Computerized Batch Facility. Batch COMMAND is a concrete mix management and maintenance tool that is seamlessly integrates the initial point of entry for concrete mixes or as a means to alter existing mixes. The module permits altering the constituent quantities of a mix, substituting one constituent for another or replacing all or part of a constituent with another by quantity or percentage. “Generic” mixes at the lab can be assigned specific constituents at each plant. Mixes can be maintained centrally and downloaded to the batch computers at the plant.
